Enterprise Sales Manager - SaaS (B2B Sales

Location: Noida, India

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS company. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle across a named list of large enterprise accounts in India, with a focus on high-value, consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive seven to eight-figure revenue across new sales, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities from enterprise accounts.

- Lead end-to-end sales cycles - from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure.

- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, effectively communicating how AI-powered solutions enhance business outcomes.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers, applying a consultative approach to selling.

- Close high-value deals with a strong focus on aligning customer goals with product capabilities.

- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.

- Keep detailed sales pipeline forecasts using HubSpot and other modern sales tools.

- Stay informed on industry developments, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape to continually refine sales strategies.

- Requirements:-

- 4-7 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing high-value (seven to eight-figure) deals in India.

- Strong understanding of value-based selling, ROI frameworks, and enterprise decision-making processes.

- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience selling into BFSI, edtech, or consumer brands is preferred.

- Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRMs such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
