If this company come to your college for placement, Just run for your life and do not enroll. They will hire you from reputed colleges to treat you like shit. Most unprofessional HRs are here. They will threaten you in the name of counseling. They will give you all kind of trauma and stress. Threaten you by saying "YOU ARE BEING WATCHED. " Basically in the name of meeting they will organise a "KHAP PANCHAYETI". Manager will not talk to directly, They will report you directly to the HRs. Manager don't have brain of own. They will force you to work till 7.30pm rerespective of male/female employee. Even force you to work on Saturday and Sunday. Most Toxic, illiterate people are here.
