1. Most of the associates and employees come from a Tier 3 college, with very basic knowledge of design. They have been doing the same work for 15 years with no upgrades. 2. The design and decisions are mostly done on the client side; they only do the drafting part. 3. No effort towards adopting the new technologies like Revit. Only they are working with Autocad and sKetchup. 4. Around 700 people crammed in a small building, it's chaotic, noisy. It feels like you are in Dharavi. 5. No lunch space, no toilet for employees. 6. Salary is too low to survive in Mumbai. Working hours are from 9 am - 9 pm. Most of the people with a diploma degree join this company, working 12 hours for a low salary. Location of the office so bad the you have to travel 4 hours daily. Great project array to work on. Its a great place for junior level architects to learn and get well versed with large scale projects. They work with leading developers which helps understand current market needs.

Dislikes

The working hours are not fixed, if there is a deadline, it must be catered to with utmost priority. Can lead in spending late night hours in office. Though the company takes care of comp-offs, the employee productivity eventually reduces with frequent late working hours.
