Working under Amit Aggarwal was a truly positive experience he was incredibly understanding, approachable, and created a work environment that made daily tasks smoother and more engaging. The Gurgaon office of Cashify also had a fairly good work culture that supported learning and collaboration.

Dislikes

However, I did face challenges with the management style of the then-Team Lead for Annotation, Harshini. In my three years of professional experience, I had not encountered such an unprofessional attitude. Her approach often made day-to-day coordination difficult and affected team morale.
