There are very few things I would like to say good about Koofers. Earlier, things were quite good, but a lot has changed now.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and favoritism. Hiring and promotions here are not based on merit. They are mostly influenced by favoritism. In fact, team leaders are hired based on whether they are relatives of some assistant manager or operations manager. There is no employee-centric policy, and all the policies that existed earlier in 2021 have now been discontinued.

Work policy: Although I work from home, whenever there is a client visit, they call me to the office.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
