Their is nothing to like about the CDS. Its like bus stand with no destination to go. So please don't opt this company as I have worked around 3years.. with no benifits and only torture.

Dislikes

Work pressure, they ask you to work on weekends also. No leaves for your comfort. And no much project if you get completed with one project. No bench period. No salary hike. No perks only torture from your manager.

Opportunity to work with architects directly, you are responsible for your work.

Dislikes

No hike, bad rating even after working hard, review call happens after work hours also, lots of politics in upper management. My manager is not good, treats the team as kids not employees. Assigns all of his tasks to the associates and enjoys the whole day.
