They seem to believe that imposing unrealistic targets and undue pressure is the key to increasing profitability. However, this approach has created a toxic work environment where job security is nonexistent, and hard work goes unrewarded. There are no clear paths for growth or promotion, and salary increments are scarce. As a result, valued long-term employees are leaving the company in droves, from top to bottom.
