Very bad culture. Language based discremation, Manager and upper level people's play game and save their unskilled employed and blew to other hardworking people who are not knowing odiya language. Anytime your job will lost without proper reason and if you rise a voice then HR and management become silents and give not reasonable answer. I am joined this company because HR assure about Job stability but suddenly they fire lots of people because Odisha government are changed and company have no project so they starting silent layoff...Read More
