They Layoff Regularly possibly to cut Cost Each & Every Year After laying People off, They hire replacement to reduce pay, Even after lay offs , interesting things the company deduct money for the notice period. 3.lala Company is better than this company . Toxic Work Culture. 4.Company Wants all over world in Excel & Google Sheet . There is no need of any tool. Every thing is possible in Excel & Google Sheet. Specially for MIS Role his expectation like AI. 5.There is no timing of meeting Here. Wo kabhi v Ho sakta hai jab v lala ka man ho. 6.Company take employee from the trade & Reported brand. but it deliver to work culture that the trade is known for in reality. the environment is toxic.
