Fairly relaxed atmosphere. They don't care about your work as long as you are being billed and the client is happy.

Dislikes

- Pretty much a glorified sweat shop. No focus on quality of deliverables or upskilling of employees. - Management only cares about your billing. Once you become non-billable, you are soft fired. - Management has starting parroting AI in all their marketing events while basic agile delivery is botched in most projects. Previously, they touted themselves as Agile leaders. - Recruitment process is a mess. They look for candidates who can joining within a week s notice but their own notice period is 3 months. - Regular pressure to help with hiring but no compensation. They expect you to work for free or eat into the client's time. - Onsite travel is again only an opportunity for the company to make money. Travel allowance is peanuts. And then they expect you to travel on weekends without pay. - A bi-weekly all hands meet on Friday evening! - A lot of old timers who have not worked else where think Devon is an exceptional company but hardly so. - Inconsistent HR policies. They suddenly switched to hybrid despite knowing that many of their colleagues are based across India....Read More

Their way (HR) of convincing to join the organization with all the policies and hike cycle which never exist after you join. Its like "phew" vanish .... Other than this - 2 days wfo office space

Dislikes

No professionalism Politics in every single team CDL's ruthless behavior Fake promises of giving new projects later you will doing a legacy one. People who are there from very long period thought of themselves as king/queen as if they know each and everything. lollllllllllll..........
