Toxic work culture 2. ⁠ if you want to experience hell please join this company. 3. ⁠Management will talk about common sense they themselves don't have any common sense. 4. ⁠They blackmail people who don't serve notice by not giving them their fnf or experience letter which is against the law. 5. ⁠there are no holidays labour dayis working imagine. 6. ⁠they don't pay you for overtime but will ask you to come before 9:30 am and sit till 10 pm over here and still go home and work. 7. ⁠they will ask the new candidate to negotiate their notice period but the employee who is resigned and relieved won't let them go and ask them also to negotiate and extend the date of joining. 8.
