UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND UNFAIR TREATEMENT - BEWARE BEFORE JOINING My experience at Ganit Business Solutions was beyond disappointing, I want to share my experience so that future employees can make an informed decision. 1. Work-life balance challenges: The company culture demands long working hours, leading to a poor work-life balance. The high stress environment is exacerbated by short-term projects and unrealistic deadlines. 2. Lack of Fair opportunities: Despite being hired for a specific role, I was not given meaningful projects aligned with my skills. This hindered my professional growth and left me feeling underutilized. 3.Unethical termination practices: My employment was terminated without prior notice or a clear explanation. This sudden action left me unprepared and raised concerns about the company's respect for their employees. 4.Compensation issues: The company terminated my employment just few days before completing a year, ensuring I wouldn't receive my variable pay. This felt like a calculated move to avoid paying what was rightfully due. *Advice for prospective employees - If you value stability, growth, transparency, fair treatment and a healthy work-life balance, then I would suggest you not to join here. *I'm forced to give 1 star rating, would have given 0 if possible *Their tagline says - 'DATA SPEAKS' but they clearly don't live up to their own words. The higher management is approachable and values employees fee feedback, which create a welcoming environment where everyone feels heard. Here I got the opportunity to interact with clients directly which helped improve my communication skills.
