How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

Gati kwe only higher position employee to support, truly worked employee not available for increament and bonus and every allowance not available ,only recommendation person is available for promotion and all allowance and increament also geted.gati kwe not for early early small or avrage increament not given and no bonus
