Please don't join this comany especially as aeronautical analyst. there is no future here. you can't even switch. Instead join some mnc. Salary kam mile to bhi join kr lena qji bad me option hai badane ke. Yha nahi badate. Or stress to itna dete hai pucho mat. 15 ghante kam krwate hai. sunday bhi kam rehta hai.
