Good opportunities for learning and skill development. Multiple training sessions are organized from time to time.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad as there are no fixed working hours. Work discussion and tasks go beyond official working hours and time with family is sacrificed. Pay scale with respect to volume of tasks assigned is low and yearly growth is poor as very low increments are done.

Coordinating with all sites, finance team, supply chain management, other departments for providing timely support to site in order to execute projects on time with proper utilization of resources.
