Dislikes

Pune Office Leader Toxic Culture: Feedback is rarely constructive and blame shifting is common. Micromanagement: Every minor task is scrutinized and second-guessed. No vision or mission: Pune leadership lacks a clear direction. Priorities shift constantly making it nearly impossible to feel like your work has a purpose. Poor Communication: Decision are made behind closed doors and rolled out with any clarity. High turnover: Talented individuals don't stay long, and it's not hard to see why. Pune Leadership especially the local manager and the close colleague/relatives take advantage of the system, appear to leverage their positions in ways that may not align with the broader team's interest. Employees are frequently expected to work on odd days, regardless of their location or personal circumstances. Despite constant and rigorous micromanagement, the Pune local manager insists that he promotes autonomy and independence Time off is rarely approved, and the overall work environment makes it very difficult to maintain a work life balance....Read More

The company culture is good, there is no micro management. Very collaborative environment and a lot of opportunity to grow and learn if you are willing to put in the work.
