Loreal is an institution for understanding makeup business besides other category captain brands. But if you leave aside the brands, Loreal India openly exhibits “culture of ingratiation”. High level of politics prevail & people who are incompatible can easily manage as culture of ingratiation is widely accepted at all levels. Thereis no inclusivity for people who hv joined at senior manager position & above from other organisations. People below senior manager positions are exposed to undue pressure & are pushed to take up unethical practices which they call sales skill. Man com will blame you for anything & ensure they corner you for things, which aren’t one’s responsibilities just because you have joined from other orgs. Incompetent employees play politics with peers, brown nosing & spread false rumours. NSM is credulous & easily manipulated by such employees. Conspiracies are hatched & dirty politics is played against diligent employees specifically if they hv joined from other orgs. So join Loreal if you are good at manipulating, playing office politics else don’t risk your career because hire & fire is common here....Read More
