Job not permanent in M3M because office politics is more company culture not good. Office in time compulsory 9:30 am but out time not conform 6:30 pm it's is a different rule is make by site AGM and VP.

Working here was like mechanical process daily grinding with a new challenge and outcome of the productivity on a daily basis.

Dislikes

No appreciation of hard work it's only the near and dear ones who took the cake away no proper guidance or vision for a task given and no proper thought for the outcome of the same it was purely a downward trend of order passed from the management
