Lot of office politics, poor higher management who doesn't care about your concerns, shows recklessness and ignorance. Women manager literally yelled at me when I raised my concern, that was the first time I raised my concern. My women manager doesn't really have time to join 1-1 calls, she either postpones or cancels it. Compensation is very low even after getting experienced, promoted, proving our worth. Women get into managerial roles quickly. Managers doesn't listen to your ideas or strategies, they only want to listen from and talk to their favourite female reportees....Read More
