Management gives you chances to learn for freshers. Nucleus don't fire people easily so job security is very good.

Dislikes

No perks, no overtime pay. My BU head was doing Extreme micromanagement and didn't listen to ANYONE. Whatever you tell HR will be told word by word to management. Your junior might get more package even if you both are from same college.

If you value meritocracy, fairness, and transparency—this is not the place for you. The recent appraisal cycle was a complete joke. The company handed out a flat 8% hike to everyone—regardless of whether you're earning 5 LPA or 50 LPA. That means someone on a lower package gets barely ₹40k extra per year, while others walk away withlakhs. How is that remotely fair or motivating? To make things worse, everyone already knew who was getting promoted and getting higher hikes—long before the official process even began. It’s a game of favoritism, not performance. No matter how hard you work or how much impact you deliver, if you're not in the good books of certain managers, you’re out of luck. Management is biased and completely disconnected from the ground reality. There is no transparency, no clear justification for ratings, and definitely no accountability.
