Rare to find a company where leadership listens. The benefits are better than most peers offer. The kind of trust and ownership I get here is awesome even to the new joiners here. Soon after joining the company in August 2024, I had to take 10-days leave due to a medical emergency at home. When I told the HR about my problem, she immediately granted leave without any questions or cross verification. I am lucky to be a part of such an organization where employees are treated as a family. Also, the benefits and perks are among the best I've come across in the industry. Dislikes

The building's elevators are slow. I have to wait a lot for the elevators, especially during the mornings and evenings. Though it is a minor issue, still sometimes it causes a lot of stress and delays.

working is quite a refreshing experience. There's much collaboration with design and social teams, which helps bring the content to life in different formats. Whether it's creating a campaign or planning a product launch, content is always given priority at OneBanc. The team is very supportive and always willing to share new ideas. Dislikes

The office chairs could be comfier for long writing sessions. Since, employees spend long hours sitting on the chairs, so I think they should be more comfortable. writing, a more ergonomic seating setup would make a noticeable difference in daily comfort and productivity.
