Feed back regarding being CNO in hospital was very bad experience. In this hospital lot of politics is there people are not being recognised for the work they do and the kya nd of experience they have. The people who are not hardworking and they know the buttering is successful in this organisation. The worst part of the organisation is that they don't respect the nurses and the nurses are thrown out every 6 months on the name of maintaining nurse ipd patient ratio as per occupancy.Nurses are given PIP and they loose there job. This organisation won't be stable if they don't retain nurses. The organisation doesnt work on the set guidelines and protocols. No body stay in the organisation for more than 2 years. The evaluation process of the organisation is abig failure. No bigshot joins the organisation and always there is insecurity while working in this organisation.in amidst of insecurity no one will be able to give the productivity they require. I would suggest that the HR of this organisation should have stringent protocol to measure the performance of each candidate not based on hearing from others but some strong system of evaluation. In the near future i would not recommend any nurses to join this group of hospital....Read More
