Likes

A bit fast paced so learning is there skillset wise. But you won't gain industry knowledge because it full of people who think they know lending but honestly they don't. That's why everything keeps failing.

Dislikes

They pay as much as MNC's and expect you deliver like startups. At this point it is sinking ahip. There is favoritism among leadership. They keep on closing projects every now and then. Additionally I felt there is a lot of entitlement that exists in the organisation.
