Company culture getting worst day by day. Third party culture started growing within company not good for the captive company. So much pressure on team members to work and achieve problematic SLAs.though myself trying to reduce pressure as much as possible. How someone bring ideas and improvement solution when there is so much problems within operations.

They have worst culture, I would not promote it by any way.

Dislikes

There are few people who are entirely baised and mis controlling the operations, including the HR team. Politics is on heavy level, manager like Vikrant Mokashi, Shivraj Raut, Avinash Dhalewadekar and Thier subordinates are un human creatures with no sense of mind and biggest idiots.
