Micromanagement by vice president.He doesn’t know how to handle client and expecting every thing from manager and team. He is only watching time doctor tool. Not sure how owner hired such a rude person who don’t know how to talk so no ethics. It’s high level of LALA COMPANY. Please do not join this company. You will feel guilty on your decision.😞

I have joined this company as a fresher and since then I have seen the growth of our company and me personally as well. I have learned a lot while working on multiple projects. If you want to learn and enhance your working skills, you are mostly welcome here. Company is working with multiple domain clients and provide services in almost all the technologies. Timings are also flexible according to your projects client communication, as right now I have some call around late in evening, so there is no pressure in login early in the morning. Perks and appraisals are also good. In my 8 year of service I haven't done a single weekend login. So, no tight deadlines....Read More

Company can grow in employee satisfaction area, as there are very less events organize by HR team and managerial people to decrease social distance among the employees and increase the team bonding. (This does not means to open offices 5 days/week.)
