One of the Worst company I have seen in my career. If the people work hard and raise their points, they will be terminated on their end. Worst Management, mainly the Managers here don't know anything regarding the Product, they will tell us that they support in everything when there is an escalation or something, they won't even care, and they put all the blame on us. The ones who are the Managers' puppets and who manage the work can run the show in this company. There is no space for the hard workers. I thought this company would be the best. But My Bad, this is the No.1 Worst Organisation. There are two Managers in this Organisation. If they leave this company, then only the employees and Management will perform good, and one of the managers will take all the credit. She will tell all that she only helped for covid vaccine, such awesome people are there in the Management Position. I wish this company would hire a Good Manager who has some knowledge rather than managing all the things; there should be someone who puts their efforts into working with the employees. If one donot have interest in skill development and do time pass ...then this the best place....one will forget about what they worked over the past years

Dislikes

Very few will get the Promotions & Hikes who are close to the Management. Lots of politics No hikes... Zero visibility
