Salary is great when you join, stocks are given in huge bonuses.

Dislikes

Startup culture with zero understanding from management. Everything they want to get it done in minutes, you will be working constantly in calls 24*7 and nobody will even care you had lunch or dinner. Too much toxic nobody wants to help on basic ecosystem also. They wont even have time to help you. Late night work is very common till 1-2 am

Likes

Worst politics ever seen and all the control under directors. Top level management is very bad.They want to stay and get promotions and the hard working people will suffer with layoffs.They are not at all hands on and simply enjoying and disturbing all good working Engineers.I see lot of top management people need not necessary.
