Been working a s Program Manager at Razorpay Mumbai office since April 2025, since day one this company has been nothing but negative. I've come from fintech companies where there were strict timelines and a lot of work load. But this culture has been the worst. No training of your role is given , no clear definition of your role isgiven, there is no process of documentation of clarity of anything that anyone does here.
