Jaipuria Barabanki Branch is a Franchise. 1. There is a system of submitting mobile phones in morning. None of the teacher is allowed to carry mobile phone. All have to submit in morning till dispersal of teachers. 2. No fixed dispersal time for teachers. 3. Job is of 24 hours because acknowledgement of whatsapp msgs is mandatory. 4. Hindi teacher who teaches upto class 10 is coordinator of senior section. She used to make observation report of PGT teachers. 5. Different rules for different teachers. 6. Leaves are not carried forward. So if you take more than one leave then your salary is deducted, even if your are on medical condition. 7. There is no system of offer Letter. Appointment letter they give you after one or two years. 8. In appointment letter it is written that teacher is entitled for benefits mentioned in annexure "A". No one knows that where is annexure "A". They don't provide any annexure. 9. Current Principal is totally inexperienced. As a principal it is her first school. She don't have any respect for PGTs. Accordingly to her PRTs and PGTs are equal. 10. School is good for a person who is a shoe licker, good in politics. 11. Salary increment is not fixed. It varies from teacher to Teacher. 12. One teacher Sheeshkamal Mishra has filled a case against management of Seth M.R. Jipuria for not giving the salary of corona period.
