Only in pen paper it's 8 hour duty but it's really 13+ duty hour,you can't manage work or life, no training for skill development, in short everything is fine but senior management team are too rough and unprofessional talking,

New management people will be destroyed all Tata culture because new management they treating employees like donkey ,not respecting their work , and indirectly force for leaving this organisation, it's only for me its for many people . all people in fear about loosing their job because this culture
