She will not see whether the person is senior or junior. She will abuse you in every possible way. She will find 100 reasons to stop your salary despite you working hard all the month. The work is more hectic & they can't even treat freshers as a new joiny. And also they treated freshers as a experienced employee & expecting to much from new joiners & also there is no proper management & Work culture. From my point of view if you have any other opportunities then definitely go for that because they ruined your career.

This company is the worst. Its work environment is even worse. They treat freshers very badly. They make you work way more than what they pay you. The work culture is extremely toxic. They even put salaries on hold. They expect a fresher to work like someone with years of experience. And the CTO here doesn’t even seem like a real CTO — more like something else entirely.
