Company business scope is good. But implementation is much more bad

Dislikes

Transparency is absent. All decisions make by project manager. Non quality appointed as a project manager. No body present for hear the employee suggestion and complaint. Suggestion assumes against by management. Actual work culture is only that every body is running for save his job. No body talk about bad things of company
