Only Salary on time otherwise all of above you can see rating I m not happy with that company only best persons was CEO and other management team are poor

Office structure, atmosphere of work method, i was feel like a school fear in every employee not 1% flexiblity for employees Only target fill time period 9:30 to 7:00 they have no any work but senior says seat only at your desk Really its bad feel Need much improvement flexiblt, environment, they have six HR management but no any festive celebrations etc… I am Giving 1/2 star for everything

No work life balance, fix timing , you have to compensate 5 min also if you are late by 5 min No work from home policy, they have WFH in their policy but they don't give permission, no social gathering or any festival celebration.
