No work-life balance, to get promotion or even be considered for promotion work 16hrs, hire and fire culture. Dont be fooled by people first and all crap. It's just another IT company which will make you work as long as the client wants. For extra work will be rewarded with peanuts. Corporate politics is an actual thing.

Not so bad work environment. It depends upon project.

Dislikes

They will make you quit if they do not have any project and ruin your carrier. Or they will assign you a project where you have to work for extremely long hours, and only 1 person will work per project including support US client at mid night, they will also ask for working on weekends(you cannot reject this) and holiday but they will pay the basic(they will ask you in start only by saying wether you are married and have responsibilities...) and when you say no they will make you leave saying you are not suitable for any project.
