The company, it's policy, the higher officials, they don't value workers, no promotion, no salary hike, no involvement in solving the workers problem, poor infrastructure, no standard policy of work protocols. No proper response from Hr for reliving and salary.

5 days work culture. German MNC

Dislikes

Poor management. Worst HR policies. Three-month notice period without salary. The MD does not take the initiative on employee benefits. Because of the poor internal politics, many good employees have left. Top management does not get involved in solving problems. Senior management lacks the technical expertise to resolve the issues.
