Crèche & Day Care

We believe in building a relationship with the extended family - the family of our employees. To envisage the same and to achieve a work-life balance, a Crèche/Kids’ Play Area is provided in the office premises for the working parents/mothers. Children of Sopra Steria India employees between the ages of 6 months to 6 years would be allowed to use the Crèche/Kids’ Play Area, only while the parent is on duty within the organization (in locations Noida/Chennai).

Executive Health Screening Bonhomie Policy

Executive Health screening is a benefit extended to employees who are aged 40 and above. It provides an in-depth personal profile of the employee’s health and general well-being and acts as a preventive care measure. Family members can also avail the health screening benefits at discounted rates Employees aged less than 40 years can also avail this benefit
