Employees don't get fixed holidays on days where it is officially off. They need to work unofficially and also have to struggle a alot to get it's comp off on the day they require. Employees work almost 11 to 12 hrs daily from almost 9 am to 8 pm so there is no work life balance. Systems are not up to the mark.
