people in manager level were really played more than politicians. they only choose their community people in appreciation, work and in cost cutting as well. this is really bad culture. due to this reason the there is no Job security,

Company have multiple projects based on foreign companies which employee has chance to go onsite and work. Most important is they provide job security if any projects ends then they will use to get assigned other projects to employees.

Every employee loves company and expecting good salary but TCS is not giving expected salaries to employees and no good pramotion.
