Work culture is good. Manager is too good to coordinate with its team. Skills development is also continuing.

Dislikes

Not satisfied with the salary pay scale as too low. Salary increment is also not as good in comparison to the market. Work time is more then expected.

If you want good salary then you are good to go with NES, Regional team outside India is very supportive.

Dislikes

Don't believe by its work culture, there is no Job security., Very Biased Management including HR team. We do so much hard work also there is no recognition, even when you are sick they will make you work, simply put blames and make you loose your job. Growth is slow, only those employees with managerial references are liked by management are given promotions than other employees.

Great for job security and work life balance ,if the salary is not the issue then it's the best company to join

Hr interoperatiblity is not very active with the employee,after the onboarding and HR session nobody really cares about employee

The only good things that i have observed is that they pay salary on time. Leaves are approves easily. Fun activities and functins.

Dislikes

A lot on the list. Be it micromanagement, worst appraisals, no matter how you have performed you are going to get a fixed percentage of raise that is far less than the expectations. Apart from that so many deductions from the CTC. Company used to be good initially but the standards are decreasing day by day.
