Curriculum and systematically well doing Planning and teachers are not taking to much leave so not doing much Proxy. It's beneficial for us and Some emergency situation teachers are going at home or other Personal reason so Principal Ma'am to give Permission to go home or other emergency and co- operative teachers and Smoothly do your work and happy faces all of us. It's my Observation so I am very satisfaction to work in the school. Thank you

Teacher's want P.F , Mediclaim Maternity leave Salary and Teachers, who are not taking CL & SL OR remaining leave . That's also Pay the money in our Salary account that's it.

Well work culture, food , Salary, Discipline, and company is very very Strict.

If you do 1 silli mistake like , insert broken, using mobile phone, Less Production then The authority of JHI will TERMINATE you for Lifetime. There is NO JOB SICURITY. If u have mistake then they will TERMINATE you in between 3 days maximum.

Allen digital offers a stable and well structured environment for faculty. The salary is competitive, job security is strong and promotions are timely and fair. There's a great respect for faculty, with support management and a positive relationship between student and teachers, teaching recourses and infrastructure are well organized making it easy it easy to focus on delivering quality education.

Dislikes

Occasional admin work can disrupt teaching. Slightly more scheduled flexibility would be a plus.
