Too much work load for a little pay ( had to take more than 7 hours of classes everyday ) Discrimination towards faculties who have less experience, people can't digest a fact that newcomers can also have far better subject knowledge than old and inactive faculties ( especially in south region ) No recognition, management treat faculties like their play things. No stability ( you can get transfer mail any time ) Slow growth Too many branches but lack of faculties, i had to do to and fro between two underdeveloped cities just to complete the syllabus. And after completing syllabus, i got a transfer letter to a branch in another tier 3 city. : ( , and new branches are still getting opened in small places. Conservative environment and archaic rules.( hope that this will get better because company is atleast trying to hire faculties of younger generations, and there is a HR system ) It may take two to three decades, but i have hopes that this company will get better in every aspect....Read More

Poor employees are deducted gratutity from their own CTC such a shame! Gratuity is payed out of respect for the services rendered by the Employees and not to be deducted from the employee and given to them and when a employee resigns in the middle you eat all those money! Such a shame such a shame! How will you teach values ro students when yourself don't have basic value. A long very long toiling working hours atleast 7 out of 10 employees are struggling with piles and hemorrhoids at Aesl. Not even government holidays are leave No work life balance No respect whatsover for middle and low level workers A complaint against Aesl to labour ministry will be soon filed for gratuity deduction, 12 to 14 hours of work, declaring working day on national holidays!
