Corporate and HR system On time salary Big name in JEE and NEET coaching market Paid leaves and allowances Good for old and conservative people System's intention to improve work culture is good ( but implementation is really bad )

Too much work load for a little pay ( had to take more than 7 hours of classes everyday ) Discrimination towards faculties who have less experience, people can't digest a fact that newcomers can also have far better subject knowledge than old and inactive faculties ( especially in south region ) No recognition, management treat faculties like their play things. No stability ( you can get transfer mail any time ) Slow growth Too many branches but lack of faculties, i had to do to and fro between two underdeveloped cities just to complete the syllabus. And after completing syllabus, i got a transfer letter to a branch in another tier 3 city. : ( , and new branches are still getting opened in small places. Conservative environment and archaic rules.( hope that this will get better because company is atleast trying to hire faculties of younger generations, and there is a HR system ) It may take two to three decades, but i have hopes that this company will get better in every aspect.

Very dirty culture in the organisation. AD system in this organization is very bad AD will behave like a sadist , AD Vijayakumar is the best example in this aspect.

Dislikes

You don't like anything except ontime salary. You have to sacrifice you personal life to this organization. Very hectic schedule ( 5 to 6 classes per day ) no time for preperation you have to go to class without any preparation

Likes

Only Salary on time.. Incentive will be on hold for 3 to 6 months sometimes got cancelled for no reasons.

Dislikes

The company have worst culture ever. The fee is 300% higher for same course compared to competition like Physicswallah, Allen etc. This is the main reason parents no longer enrolling in Aakash but management don't gives a f*ck they wants you work like a slave and thug parents any how to achieve their illogical targets. The entire old team including centre head left the branch due to slavery pressure. Hiring firing culture have no value for sales people. Also there is no end time for admission officer have to work till 10pm in night if targets not achieved.

Salary on time, expense on time. Monthly celebration. Students first approach.

Dislikes

Streched Working hours every single day. You have to come on time in the morning but there's no fix time for leaving, at least 1.5 to 2 hrs over time every day. You have to beg for the assigned weekoff and every now and then they cancel your weekly offs as well.

Worst company. No work life balance. Regular overtime of 1-2hrs. Worst data still need sales. If ur family member is dying then also u need to provide them proof even when u r requesting to go after your works hours. Worst experience
