Not good to work here if you want better future and career development. As CAE engineer I have faced lot of issues. Wrong promises done by management, they won't stick to their words. Salary hike is very poor, only 25k per annual. Poor management. No compensation and benefits, no allowances for weekend works and extra work. Hectic work culture. Poor work life balance. If you complete your part of work they will assign someone's work. So you have to take permissions for weekends. And no proper shift management. Overall it's a bad experience and very poor work life balance.

Poor career growth, will get poor recognition for your work. No/expensive CAB facility (only one side). Will get very less Appraisal for your work. Lot of weekend works.

I m working as a design engineer for 2d project on AutoCAD. It's quite challenging for me to handle the project which includes customer communication, deliveries and query resolution through emails & Skype. As fresher I took whole project responsibility.
