The HR team is very efficient and effective in taking matured actions and organising events which many companies lack. The overall corporate culture is maintained well.

Dislikes

The quality of projects are very bad in terms of learning and development that the employee experiences. There are some managers who exhibit pity politics in resource management. There was an incident were an employee was threatened that he would be removed from the company if he doesn't work on the project. As most of the employee population comprise of freshers they get less opportunity to learn about technology, products, core engineering practices etc. After 2 years of bond period they get stuck in the market with no valid experience. Candidates then struggle to make their career....Read More

There was no formal trainings given. After all we misunderstood that learning a soft tool was the most imperative thing in succeeding the job role. It may be true for an engineering services job role but not for a true design engineer
