Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Copland policies are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joiner.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job.

The company is very good but the people sitting at the top level in the company are all taking free salaries, they do nothing, neither do they reply to emails nor are they capable of doing any work, the company is very good but the company will not be able to grow until such people are replaced.
