There is nothing good in the company untill you have your God father on the senior level otherwise you will face harrasment and no growth.

Dislikes

There is no clear promotion criteria. They promotes by IJP and all IJP's are already fixed by the senior management and there is no chance for you if you do not have the links in senior level. Really feeling happy that Accenture takes over the India FC. Hope Accenture will do some good steps against the toxic currupt management.

My experience was terrible in the AIG at last I was lucky as I have got the chance to move in some other team on same level to secrifice my promotion otherwise the big sharks was ready to eat the small employees in this toxic company.

Politics, Less Pay, Long working hours, No work life balance, Leaves not easily Allowed in WFh even balance available, training is not properly provided by people.
