Great opportunity for acquiring new skills and great way of working style. You will get appreciation based on your work. Opportunities for international travel and exposure overtime for offshore project.

Dislikes

Work life balance doesn't really apply to onshore projects. Neither the good working procedures apply to onshore but thats more of a con in the company model revolving onshore. Low increments discourages employees to stay long. And since everyone final goals is to feed family, this overshadows the pros

Please make sure one negotiate well on designation, salary, permanent status and other benefits before joining company as it can impact long term goal to stay with company and overall financial satisfaction. There is virtually no transparency with regard to the above mentioned points and one has to be very vigilant on the same failing which otherwise could lead to unsatisfactory overall package, position, status etc. With regard to work culture if one is operating with foreign clients then it is challenging and regarding as well. I don't have idea on working with domestic (Indian) projects in the Company as my Clients are overseas....Read More

Dislikes

Virtually no transparency in salary, permanent or contract status or designation etc. Experience skills and past designation are not well considered during offer. Candidate had to negotiate strongly for his/ her own case and stay firm on the offering that one has in his / her mind.
