Offer letter with 1 day termination policy. Resources left behind with no growth for years have became managers and ruling it in a diplomatic and political way. Caste and race based behaviour is there, while Salary cut can happen anytime besides loss of Variable pay. These junk managers needs many resources in team to represent one after another as bait/reason for any escalation to stay themselves safe for years by expelling others. Services is the worst compared to Products division. No ethics, no value and professionalism blame games, even a 10 standard fail candidate can became a Project Manager if Race and Caste are aligned with them. U hv to work under or report to a candidates whose exp is even less than 2 yrs who don't know basic English neither any skills nor a technology, since he is senior than you at Manthan. Short term like 6-10 months is a life span of anyone, after that your need is no more, hence dice will roll onto any side. Only, 2 days of WFH in month per policy while its hard to claim it. There is a caste-based management in here while other caste based people do anything won't get accounted for anything but at the other end, Brahmin caste based people by doing NOTHING would get very good feedback as well as Good appraisals & Hike, since the management hierarchy is completely from Brahmin community while surviving since 7+ years doing nothing but manipulating the facts and taking the credit of others for their successful survival, which is what happening since 7+ years from what I see. While the employee who actually worth of doing something have to do their duties, take the blame of others mistakes and leave organisation where the credit gets accounted under Brahmin community survivors. Since the complete Hierarchy is Brahmin, even if someone complain on it would return back to us. So, this is how this organisation is working. New employees, please join here, work and later have to quit the organisation once the project ends or should take the blame of others mistakes and live till the last day if you are not from Brahmin community.
