Likes: The learning curve is very high since it is a start-up that designs capital management software and customizes its products. The soft skills will be required so much though you're into just technical roles. Leadership is developed since you will handle roles alone. Dislikes: The work-life balance is poor. Since the company is headquartered in the US, on-site and on-shore connections demand work post 8 pm or at least until 8 pm. There's no variable pay for the extra efforts you put forward. Salary and hikes are less too.

Likes: I feel confident about the security of my job. This is something the company committed to. It has a performance-based environment. Good performances are definitely rewarded. For any lack in performance, the managers clearly communicate. They help bring real improvement in work. Dislikes: If I report any technical issues, I am given IT support. But that is usually after a long wait. I'd appreciate improvement in the area for quicker support whenever needed.

Likes: The company's culture has always had a good impact on my experience, especially in terms of improving my abilities without enduring pressure. Brainstorming sessions are my favourite of all. To handle top projects, resolve complex challenges, and meet clients needs, all the managers engage in meaningful discussions. Dislikes: Although there have been no hazards, there should still be more safety equipment installed. Regular drills can also be a great idea for better safety.

Likes: Workload management is good at Aurigo. It's impressive that work is distributed in a fair manner. The company looks at your capabilities and potential. So, even in that sense, workload is managed. I've never undergone any burnout because of that. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is, my load remains easy to. Dislikes: At Aurigo, no issue ha been big enough to be a concern. Some minor occurrences have been there but weren't so concerning.
