Dislikes

Good for those who don't have a life. For people who are ready to spend 12-15 hrs working. Management is horrible. Hr department can be considered as name sake. Treat employees as labourers.

The only thing for which you can keep working in this company is Money, we used to get appraisals every 8-10 months based on performance.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Any senior person can come to you and ask you about status or what kind of a work you are doing. Shift timings are not good In many cases you might have to work on weekends. Extended work hours. No good policies for employee. No health insurance.

In Aloha there are lots of technology one can learn.

There is no work life balance in Aloha. Most weekends are working in many projects and there are no any additional benefits working with this company.

About teammates all are supportive. About salary they are not providing that much of salary accordingly work. Sometimes we had to do overtime.

Appraisal after every 10 months.

Dislikes

Except money there was nothing that i could like about. Teammates were good but for rest of the things we had to beg, Except Diwali i never went on leave for more than 2 paid days. There was no work life balance. Manager can come in and put on pressure on you any time. The CEO of the company is just concern about business nothing else.
